Four-year BS course set to replace BSc course

This is really a great thing to implement.

I believe it makes more sense for arts students, and to all non technical bachelor studies to be for 4 years.

Because of the simple reason for the technical people they can motivate themselves with the technology they like and in which way they want to move further in their career. Even if they are not clear they will have to move towards some technology or science. And can keep growing. Also they are always guaranteed with minimum earnings, in one place or the other.

But this is not same with non technical stream. It is very easy to disturb themselves with non functioning things around you and just forget their improvement in their field.

This happens because for them it is always difficult to decide which way they have to move. Because they have not yet seen real practical field, where things does not happen according to rules. You need or might end up doing negotiations, bribing, tackling, convincing and which are not that organised as technical things are organised and also you will not learn in theoretical studies.

You never know about each skill how much quantity you have to learn. And you don't know where to search for these things.

But when it comes to the development of country each and every field is important to progress. So with these unorganized parameters parents force children go away from these non technical streams. Of course you also see that you earn less compare to technical people. And there is always uncertainty in earning.

So all these reasons will sum to the solution of having a one year practical course. Which you should be able to do by the time you complete bachelors.

This will also give opportunity to students to discuss and to tackle practical problems. Other wise once you are done for 3 years you will keep searching for things and there comes very highly important young energy which can develop the country. And we will be loosing this important energy. And you don't find people to discuss. So who have money can just move ahead and others will face dead end.

So if it becomes mandatory that every body has to do 1 year practical course. Then they can start thinking about this practical course by the end of 3rd year and can keep searching for practical course in these 3 years which will allow them to think about their future.

This will also be advantageous to both students and industry. As industry also facing problems of unqualified students. Where companies have to train them again according to their requirements. So if in this 1 year period where they do practical course if they get observed it will better as well. Companies can pay them little compared to normal employee.

Now coming to this 1 year, it should be well organised. It means, students have to do in their field of study, i.e in 3 years whatever they have studied most of the time they have to do practical training in that field.

For example. Lets take a political science student. He/she has to do some field work for some political party. Or try going around in a village where things can be developed.

As the students have great physical energy they should invest that here. Otherwise they will be forced to use their energy in all unnecessary strikes where they spoil infrastructure.

They need to realize what it takes to build things. If even then he remains in that field then he is really qualified person for that field.

They should not be given certificates if this final practical course is not done. Irrespective of the family background they have to complete this practical period.

Even if they want to go into family business they should still do this as their practical work.

The rule of this 1 year should be applied irrespective of whatever field they are be it financial, political, sports arts, etc,. This should be applied to every degree college. Otherwise college should not be recognized.

In this way every student can recognize other students who really work in practical life. And can learn lot of things by discussing among themselves.
